Vinzent Stöcker is a senior consultant at Meyerthole Siems Kohlruss (MSK). The qualified German actuary (Aktuar DAV) holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the university of Koblenz. His thesis carries the title "Methods for the quarterly estimation of premium and loss reserves". His focus at MSK is on Solvency II and loss reserves.
